Health Professions Admission Tests (HPAT) Ireland

Organised by Australian Council of Educational Research (ACER), the Health Professions Admission Test – Ireland (HPAT – Ireland) is an admissions test used to assist with the selection of students into medicine and health professions degree programs in Ireland. The test measures a candidate’s logical reasoning and problem solving skills as well as nonverbal reasoning and the ability to understand the thoughts, behaviour and/or intentions of people.

Test Centres: HPAT – Ireland is offered in Ireland at Cork, Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Sligo and Waterford.

Test Cost: EURO 130

Next test date: February 2018 (registration starts in November 2017)
